How to register to become an official Team Amicizia Member?

First you will need the official registration form.  These will be given out during gatherings. One of the committee or sub-committee for Membership car will pass the form if there is someone interested.  Fill up the form and pass it back to us with registration fee and attachments.  Only fully filled up registration form will be received

How much is the fee and what are the attachments?

The fee is:

• Registration Fee - RM 30.00
• Yearly Membership - RM 30.00
• Sticker - RM 50.00

*So that means you pay RM 80.00 for the first joining year.

(Normally yearly membership fees is for annual dinner or other gathering)
